During this practice, you’ll journey to a temple on the side of a mountain, a place untouched by the daily stress, expectations, and responsibilities of your day to day life. It’s simply a space to decompress, reset, and come back to yourself.

Soothing Meditation for Anxiety and Stress: Surrender & Let Go
🪽Stress and anxiety can sometimes feel like a tug-of-war. We often convince ourselves that we shouldn’t be feeling this way, creating a negative feedback loop in our own minds.
