The Decision Every Fertility Success Makes

    28/06/2026 | 17 min
What do all fertility success stories have in common? Is it the right clinic? The best protocol? The most optimized supplement stack?

After 12+ years coaching women to improbable pregnancies, Rosanne Austin has a different answer — and in Episode 383 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, she breaks it down into four precise parts.

The one decision: to stop treating the fertility journey as purely medical, and to start owning the whole picture.

This is not anti-medicine. Medicine is miraculous. But medicine has a ceiling. What lives above that ceiling — the identity, the internal story, the way a woman occupies her own body on this journey — is what your RE can't touch. And it is what determines whether the women who should not be able to beat the odds actually do.

    IN THIS EPISODE:
→ The 4 parts of The Decision: what it looks like, what creates it, what blocks it, and what changes in her body when she finally makes it
→ Why the women who struggle longest are assigning the entire outcome to the clinical side
→ The difference between living your fertility journey on defense vs. moving from the inside out
→ Why mindset is not positive thinking or manifestation — and what it actually is
→ How community, oxytocin, and cortisol regulation physically change a woman's experience on this journey
→ The integrity principle: why the women who keep their word to themselves are the ones who succeed

Rosanne works with physicians, attorneys, surgeons, engineers, and high-achieving women from around the world who are done waiting to be rescued by the next protocol. This is the episode that explains why.

3 Fertility Doctors Finally Say It: This Predicts IVF Success More Than Your Protocol

    25/06/2026 | 48 min
What if the key to IVF success isn't just in the protocol — and three board-certified reproductive endocrinologists agree?
In this special episode of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin sits down with Drs. Carrie Bedient, Susan Hudson, and Abby Eblen — the physicians behind the Fertility Docs Uncensored podcast and authors of The IVF Blueprint — for one of the most honest, medically-grounded, and surprisingly personal conversations in fertility medicine.
These are not doctors who talk about fertility from the outside. Dr. Hudson went through IVF herself with an FSH of almost 13. Dr. Eblen — a reproductive endocrinologist — nearly threw her own positive pregnancy test in the trash before her husband pulled it out. Both know what it means to sit on the other side of the desk.
And both say the same thing: what is happening inside a woman's head is not separate from what is happening inside her body. It is not woo. It is physiology.
"It is so much harder to get somebody pregnant who thinks it's not going to work." — Dr. Susan Hudson
"Resilience is one of the biggest predictors of your success." — Dr. Carrie Bedient
    IN THIS EPISODE:
→ How three female REIs started Fertility Docs Uncensored over wine in Las Vegas — and have recorded weekly for six years
→ Dr. Susan Hudson's personal IVF journey: FSH of almost 13, traveling across the country for treatment, and the quote she lives by: "Stay hopeful, even when science tells you otherwise"
→ Dr. Abby Eblen's story: an RE who didn't recognize her own positive — and what the "little embryo that could" taught her about hope
→ What The IVF Blueprint covers — and why they included egg freezing, donor options, PGT-A, and gestational carriers
→ The one piece of advice each doctor would give every patient before their first cycle
→ Why resilience, not just protocol optimization, predicts success
→ What fertility doctors actually think about mindset — and why the research backs it up
→ The "dream patient" conversation: what helps doctors help you more
→ Why Reddit is the last place you should be getting fertility information

16 Fibroids, 5 Miscarriages, A Reason to Believe In Love Again, AND A Baby Girl: Dr. Lauren's Story

    21/06/2026 | 1 h 13 min
Sixteen fibroids. Five miscarriages. A physician who knew all the statistics and still hit the ceiling. In Episode 382 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Dr. Lauren shares the story of how she went from a body she no longer trusted, a life that kept getting smaller, and zero embryos from her last IVF retrieval, to a courthouse wedding on embryo transfer day, a positive beta in Brazil, and her baby girl Sadie.
This is not an inspirational story. It is a case study in what happens when a high-performing professional woman decides to stop treating her fertility journey as a purely medical problem.
Dr. Lauren is a physician. She came into her fertility journey knowing the statistics, the protocols, and the language. What she did not know, what medical school does not teach, is what to do when the medical side stops returning results. When a genetically normal embryo miscarries. When fibroids are removed and the next retrieval produces nothing. When the body keeps saying no and the data says there is no reason left to explain it.
Her journey includes: a first pregnancy on the first ovulation cycle, discovered at Eddie's birthday party before the mimosas. Three miscarriages before IVF. Five total retrievals, including two that produced zero embryos. Sixteen fibroids found on MRI that ultrasounds had been calling "fibroid uterus" for years. Chronic endometritis diagnosed and treated five or six times. A uterine septum discovered and removed. A reproductive immunologist in New York. And a fifth miscarriage, after uterine PRP, that she experienced completely differently than the others.
She also describes what the Fearlessly Fertile Method gave her that medicine could not: the return of her joy. The ability to say "when" instead of "if." A partner, Eddie, who went from saying "if we have a baby" to saying "when we have our baby" after reading one book she recommended. The certainty that her baby was coming, without knowing how or when.
Listen all the way to the end for a romantic twist and the EXACT promise Lauren made to her baby Sadie…and how she kept it.
What you will learn in Episode 382:
📌 What a physician with five miscarriages and sixteen fibroids learned about what medicine alone cannot do
📌 The specific moment Lauren stopped believing something was wrong with her body and started believing something was working
📌 What it looks like to reclaim joy, trust, and certainty on a fertility journey that has taken everything
📌 How Lauren's partner Eddie went from "if" to "when" and what that shift required
📌 Why Lauren called Rosanne's podcast sessions "the Saturday sermons" and what they gave her that medicine never could
📌 The romantic twist: a courthouse marriage on embryo transfer day
📌 How Lauren found out she was pregnant in Brazil and what she said every single day to get there

The Ripple Effect of Retreat Time: Women Who Do It Conceive

    14/06/2026 | 20 min
Can getting out of your regular daily routine and environment help you finally get and stay pregnant? The answer, based on years of documented outcomes, is yes. In Episode 381 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne breaks down the retreat ripple effect: what happens in a physical room with other women that cannot happen on a screen, why it produces a category of transformation that no protocol, supplement, or Zoom call can replicate, and why the women who conceive don't want to leave.
If you have been telling yourself that a retreat is not something you can justify right now, this episode is a direct challenge to that story.
Rosanne Austin, JD, former prosecutor and founder of The Fearlessly Fertile Method, reflects on the women who have come through her in-person retreats over the years and tracks their outcomes. The pattern is undeniable. Almost every single woman who came to the retreat she hosted at her home in Texas three years ago is now holding a baby or is pregnant.
She names what those women had in common: they showed up in person. They got out of their daily routine, their daily fear loop, and their daily environment, and put themselves in a room where something different was being modeled. And something shifted.
Rosanne breaks down the anatomy of what actually happens across three days at a retreat: the walls that come down between day one and day two, the breakthroughs that happen during breaks, the phone calls women make mid-retreat to change course on their journey, the friendships that last, and the clarity that stays with women for months afterward. She also names what makes a Fearlessly Fertile retreat different from generic wellness events: the curation of the room, the methodology, the luxury setting designed to show women that this journey does not have to be austerity, and the specific exercises and working sessions that make transformation practical and applicable in real time.
This episode is also Rosanne's mid-year check-in with her audience: it is the beginning of June 2026. Are you where you want to be? And if not, what are you actually willing to do about it?
What you will learn in Episode 381:
🗓️ Why getting out of your daily routine and environment is not a luxury on this journey, it is a strategy
🗓️ The retreat ripple effect: what changes in women over three days in person that does not change online
🗓️ Why the women who conceive don't want to leave, and what that tells you about what they found in the room
🗓️ The specific transformation arc from day one to day three at a Fearlessly Fertile retreat
🗓️ Why real in-person connection produces outcomes that no screen can replicate, especially in the age of AI
🗓️ The mid-year honest question: are you where you want to be, and what needs to change?
🗓️ Why the most inconvenient thing you do might be the thing you are most grateful for
    Featured in this episode:
Dr. Lucy, Kristen, Mama Tran, Veselina and Kay (Bulgaria), Elise, Super Cat, Lavinia, Tracy, Anne Marie, Jen, Eleanor, and others who came through Fearlessly Fertile in-person events and are now holding their babies
Rosanne's own retreat practice: why she consistently immerses herself in retreat settings and what it has produced in her own life and work

The Clinical Cost of Isolation: The Science Behind Why Women In Community Conceive

    07/06/2026 | 22 min
Social isolation increases mortality risk in women by 26 to 29 percent, with physiological effects equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. For women on a fertility journey, the same elevated cortisol that drives those mortality numbers is also disrupting hormone balance, uterine receptivity, and reproductive outcomes. In Episode 380 of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, Rosanne Austin, JD breaks down the peer-reviewed science on isolation, stress physiology, and fertility outcomes, and why curated community is not optional for high-performing women trying to conceive.
If you have ever told yourself that you are fine on your own with this fertility journey, this episode is the wake-up call you did not know you needed.
Rosanne Austin, JD, former trial attorney and founder of The Fearlessly Fertile Method, lays out exactly what the lone wolf identity is costing the high-performing professional woman, the physician, attorney, executive, founder, whose entire conditioning rewards going it alone. She names the biological mechanism that makes isolation a measurable risk factor, not just an emotional one. And she makes the case for the only kind of community that actually works for women like this.
    The data is staggering.
Holt-Lunstadt et al. (PLOS Medicine, 2015) documented that social isolation increases mortality risk in women by 26 to 29 percent, with physiological effects equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day.
Shelly Taylor (Psychological Review, 2000) established the tend-and-befriend response, the biologically distinct female stress response mediated by oxytocin, which is suppressed by isolation and triggers elevated cortisol.
Lynch et al. (Human Reproduction, 2014) documented that women who reduced psychological distress had more than twice the likelihood of a live birth, with a relative risk of 2.07.
If isolation can shorten your life, it is also impacting the very system you are asking for one hell of a favor.
Rosanne names exactly why the lone wolf identity is so common in high-achieving professional women, why most fertility communities are unmoderated cesspools that women like this correctly want nothing to do with, and what curated, regulated, forward-focused community actually looks like for someone wired the way she is wired.
What you will learn in Episode 380:
🌍 The peer-reviewed evidence that social isolation is a measurable biological risk factor, not just an emotional state
🌍 Why the tend-and-befriend response is biologically distinct in women, and what suppressing it does to cortisol and fertility
🌍 The clinical cost of the "I don't need anyone" identity for a high-functioning professional woman
🌍 Why most fertility forums and unmoderated support groups make things worse, not better
🌍 What curated, forward-focused community looks like, and why it is non-negotiable for fertility success
🌍 How to recognize when your high-functioning wall is costing you the very outcome you want
