JACI: In Practice Issue Highlights

The theme of the June 2026 issue is “Allergic Diseases During Pregnancy”. Theme topics covered include the safety of asthma and allergy medications during pregnancy; the management of anaphylaxis, asthma, antibody deficiency, and penicillin allergy during pregnancy; and role of maternal diet and supplements during pregnancy in the prevention of food allergies and atopic dermatitis in the offspring. The theme of the JACI: In Practice March 2026 issue is “Eosinophilic Lung Diseases Beyond Asthma”. Theme topics covered and summarized in the podcast include the differential diagnosis of eosinophilic lung disease, novel diagnostics for the diagnosis of eosinophilic lung disease, mucus plugs and eosinophilic inflammation, biologic use in eosinophilic lung disease, and the diagnosis and management of eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
