ASK COCO #7 | New episode of "Ask Coco" is out! Today’s question:"Thinking of opening three more restaurants. How do we scale without losing the high-end feel?"Scaling a premium experience is not about cloning. It is about codifying. You do not need to be everywhere. Your standards do.Build systems that protect the essence of your brand. Train your team to embody it with pride.High-end is not just in the setting. It is in how people feel, and that starts with how you treat your team.Respected people protect the brand. Empowered people elevate the experience.Want your question featured next? ASK COCO #6
Ask Coco is back and I'm diving into your most pressing questions 💬Is “book a call” too much for high-end clients? Not at all. If your brand reflects luxury, inviting someone to a call aligns perfectly. It’s about creating a seamless, premium experience.Should you mention the price upfront for high-ticket offers? In my opinion, no. Start by building the connection and delivering value. When trust is established, the pricing talk will feel natural. And if your message is crystal clear, you won’t have to fear the price reaction.Does offering payment plans during a rebrand make you look cheap? It depends. For smaller investments, offering installments is totally fine. But for larger amounts, consider securing a non-refundable deposit and spreading the rest over a clear timeline. It’s all about structure and intention. And to the person who said they love our podcast, thank you! We’re huge podcast fans too—it just made sense to create our own 🎙️If you’ve got a question you want answered, don’t be shy.
