Paul talks about how he got his start in OCR at Rugged Maniac before moving on to Tough Mudder and Spartan. He has completed several Spartan Ultras and has competed in World’s Toughest Mudder twice. We discuss those races and his plans for the rest of the Spartan Series.

On this Episode Alison Andersen comes on to tell us about finding OCR in 2013 . She has been in and out of Spartan races through the years. She placed 1st in her AG at the Tahoe Ultra in 2019. Afterwards, she took some time off ,but then came back to racing with her husband and decided to do the Killington Ultra in 2024.  In 2025 she placed 1st place in Elite with a Top 10 overall time.
