- In this episode, Gautamji begins Chapter 6 by explaining Krishna’s definition of a spiritual person: one who has a higher purpose, remains active in the world and performs action without depending on its fruit. He explains that action is the means for the seeker, while quietude becomes the means only for one established in yoga. Meditation therefore comes only after the mind has been prepared through sustained spiritual practice.
