We were lucky enough to have Ryan and Noah from Ghost Town Brewing stop by on their way to MBCC and naturally, we had to brew a West Coast IPA together.

Their beers blew us away, and their passion for what they do is something else. Getting to learn from them was a real privilege, and only deepened our love and reverence for the style.

A couple of weeks back we had the pleasure of welcoming Davy from Orchestrated Minds to the brewery to brew a beer with us.

Davy, is a man who leaves an impression. His drive and enthusiasm for what he does is infectious and brings with it a kind of energy and positivity
that makes you feel like you could run through a brick wall!

Three and a half years ago, we sat down with James as he was embarking on his new brewing project, Ideal Day.

James was never interested in just brewing for brewing's sake; he wanted to make a difference and use the knowledge he'd accumulated
through years of working in the brewery industry to create something with purpose and to do it with the people he loved the most, his family.
