It had been too long, we couldn't help but catch up with the big fella. Christ it took a while to line up though - the mans busy!
We find out whats been keeping him so busy the last few months - especially hearing about his latest trips to China and Greece which sounded like a tonne of fun.

Someone we've been interested in chatting to for a while. Lots of talk around F4 currently, mainly from the Hawaii guys - so about time to hear something about them from the man himself.
Chris joins us to discuss the brand along with this seasons downwind races and his successes there. Granted, we were really intrigued by his day to day professional job as well once he told us about that.
We're hoping to ride some of the F4 kit on our 3rd trip out to Hood River in a couple weeks and hopefully we can share a beer with Chris in person then. For now, enjoy the episode

A threepeat for Edo this year at the M20 and he had a clean sheet throughout the Hawaiian race season this year. He's cementing himself as a real life force to be reconed with in the foiling world - he just needs to get his visa sorted so he can show it on the world stage now!
We sit down and talk to the man himself to discuss what sounded like a savage race this year with conditions, as well as the ongoing interesting discussion about his gear, his sponsors and the foil choice he and fellow Slingshot team rider, Trent made going into this years season.
Safe to say we're also very interested to hear more from the F4 foils perspective....!

lots has been going on outside of the Podcast world we've mde ourselves - and very little foiling has been going on in our world because of it!

A little catch up to see how Liams house renovations been going - its kept him very busy!

Freddie also spent a week on mauritius for a kite surf event which made for some funny shenanigans.

Lots going on with the first couple downwind races as well - always nice to see whats going on with that niche!

We should't need to explain it - you all saw Guy's socials last week just gone - but the man did a big downwind send across the whole of the south coast of the UK. We managed to catch up with he and Emma a week later to see how it all came together - and what a story it is.

This is a really fun, relaxed one - with a great story. Can't wait to do more in person interviews round Liams new house - just hope he doesn't bin the sofa set we were on, as they're so good for this!
