• Abbie Tipler

  Specialist small animal surgeon Abbie Tipler joins Simon and Duncan from Brisbane Australia! Abbie set up the small animal surgery discussion group on Facebook in 2015, it now has 9000 members from all over the world discussing surgical cases. We hear about Abbie's career, how she set the group up and how she maintains it. We also discussed women in orthopaedics - how do we encourage more female vets into orthopaedics? • Librela discussions part two - Louise Clark

  For part two of our librela discussions we were delighted to interview Louise Clark, a specialist anaesthetist who was a co-author on the paper 'Musculoskeletal adverse events in dogs receiving Bedinvetmab (Librela).' We also chat about Louise’s career, explore pain management more broadly, delve into stem cell treatment, and pick up some handy tips for anaesthetising patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
