    Climate litigation is a powerful tool for demanding accountability in the fight against the climate crisis.In this episode, we explore how legal cases are becoming a force for justice, holding both corporations and governments responsible for their role in climate impacts. We are joined by Noah Walker Crawford, a research fellow at London School of Economics and advisor to Germanwatch, as well as Saúl Luciano Lliuya from Peru. We learn about the landmark Saúl vs. RWE case, where the Peruvian farmer and mountain guide sued the major German energy company RWE for the impacts climate change is having on the area where he lives and works. Women and girls are disproportionately affected by extreme weather events and other climate impacts, especially those in vulnerable communities in the Global South.
