2025 F1 Singapore GP - full analysis with Peter Windsor
It was George Russell and Mercedes all the way in Singapore - thanks to the brilliance of that combination around the Marina Bay circuit and also to a decision by Red Bull to start Max Verstappen on soft Pirelli tires. In trouble with tyre degradation long before the medium-compound runners around him were due to stop, Verstappen thereafter spent the bulk of the race in stunning defense on his older, hard-compound Pirellis. He finished a diamond-hard P2, though, ahead of the two McLaren drivers and Russell's young team-mate, Kimi Antonelli. There was controversy at McLaren as, first, Lando Norris collided with both Verstappen and the other McLaren driver, Oscar Piastri, at the first corner sequence and then, later, when Norris was asked to make a decision about when Piastri should stop to switch from medium tires to hard. In this video Peter talks about all of this plus the other key elements of a dramatic evening. With thanks to Jetcraft, the world's largest buyer and seller of executive jets:https://jetcraft.comTo OEM Exclusive, the passionate suppliers of OEM upgrades for exotic and high-performance vehiclesTo TrackNinja, a lap-timer and data app designed to help users improve their on-track car and driver performance through analysis and an innovative Data Garage.
