  • Has Oscar Piastri ever looked this helpless?
F1 World Champion team McLaren hasn't looked this helpless for a while, isn't it? Max Verstappen's resurgence with Red Bull Racing is making minced meat of the papaya cars! Or is it only Oscar Piastri who struggled in the 2025 USA GP? Lando Norris took his time, but managed to finally overcome the challenge of Charles Leclerc to claim the second step on the podium. Williams Racing drivers were clumsy, while Pirelli's attempts to induce a two-stopping race didn't yield. The heat & wind played its part, but weren't the reasons why the 2025 USA GP was borderline boring, even though Max Verstappen ate a large part of the gap between him and a possible fifth F1 world title. Can Ferrari win a race this year? Worse, will McLaren win again in 2025? And if you were the Team Principal of McLaren would you favour one driver over the other? • Max Verstappen: It's Revenge Time at COTA - 2025 USA GP Preview
Oscar Piastri leads the 2025 Formula 1 Drivers' Championship. But he's been uncharacteristic in the last two races in Baku and Singapore. Will Piastri swim or sink as the last quarter of races (6) of the 2025 Formula 1 season commence this weekend with the 2025 United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas? Max Verstappen - will he continue to out-qualify and out-race the McLaren drivers? The Red Bull Racing package will be tested again and in warmer conditions in Austin, Texas. Also, will Verstappen deliver his "revenge" against Lando Norris for the qualifying impeding in Singapore? Will Mercedes *finally* announce George Russell & Andrea Kimi Antonelli for 2026 and beyond? And finally, can Ferrari break their "winless" duck at the circuit they had their last 1-2 finish at in 2024? • George Russell finds the GAP in SinGAPore, McLaren win Constructors' | F1 2025 #SingaporeGP Review
Unsurprisingly, McLaren win the 2025 Formula 1 Constructors' Championship, equaling Red Bull Racing's record of least races taken to win the teams' title. Surprisingly, George Russell scored his first win around the streets of Singapore - building on a classic pole lap from Saturday. He was unmatched on Sunday, as Max Verstappen, in second, couldn't charge further, and held back the "faster" McLaren of Lando Norris. The Ferrari duo struggled with brake wear issues with Lewis Hamilton picking up a post-race time penalty of 5 seconds. Fernando Alonso, who was furious with Hamilton's "track limit" violations had a feisty race with a slow pit stop. Carlos Sainz went from P18 to the points after Alexander Albon's team work helped keep Liam Lawson at bay. • Everyone wants Max Verstappen to win, is it? | F1 2025 #SingaporeGP Preview
It's not the McLarens that could stop Max Verstappen from finally winning in Singapore. So what could stop him? Also, which driver could bring out the Safety Car in Singapore? Has Oscar Piastri recovered from the team orders saga in Monza and has he left the demons from Baku behind? Lando Norris' best race of 2024 was Singapore last year. He will need another solid race to build his Drivers' Championship title further. Rain, heat, humidity, Safety Cars, barriers, racing under the lights - just some of the variables in play for every Singapore Grand Prix. Who will win in 2025?
