Can a relationship even last forever, or is that just a fantasy we need to release? This is the question I've been sitting with, talking about with all my friends, ever since going through my own marriage, betrayal, and rebirth. So I brought back someone who's been through his own version of that journey to help me actually answer it.

Stefanos is back on the podcast after 8 years, and so much has changed for both of us since then. He's become a father, built a life and a practice around helping people navigate love and relationships, and this time he came with his wife Christine's wisdom in tow too. I found Brit on YouTube through her videos about divine feminine spirituality and how patriarchy co-opted what we know as spirituality, and I loved her perspective, how historical she is, and how knowledgeable she is.
