In honor of the 10th anniversary of the podcast i wanted to revisit what started everything, the history of the genre and what better way than to go back to the first episode and update it. In this episode my guest was Ben Mason, vocalist of Bound in Fear, Ben is also in 2 other bands, one being Pintglass and the other Hounds of War.
Ben came on to talk about Bound in Fear's new album "A mind too sick to heal" but during the conversation, the revelations about real life illness definitely took a forefront of the conversation with insight into the strife the band has been through the past 5 years since their last album.
We talk about all of that that and the fun of Pintglass.
