Awakening The Mystic Within

Taurus Full Moon Meditation | Gather Your Light
As the veils thin and Samhain approaches, join Julia Anastasiou, spiritual guide and founder of the Mystery School of the Mystic, for a meditation beneath the Taurus Hunter’s Moon.
Rooted in the symbolism of earthy Taurus and the deep waters of Scorpio, this journey invites you to listen to your body, honour what is ending and gather what will sustain you through the darker months.
Through grounding, visualisation and a symbolic offering to the earth, you will explore release as a gradual unfolding, plant a seed for the season ahead and call your attention home.
Bring a candle, a journal and a cup of tea or a slice of apple to enjoy afterwards.

The 10:10:10 Threshold — A Libra New Moon Transmission and Ritual
What needs to change so that who you are becoming has room to emerge?
In this episode of Awakening the Mystic Within, Julia Anastasiou explores the Libra New Moon and the symbolic 10:10:10 gateway: the tenth day, the tenth month, and the digits of 2026 adding to ten.
Through the themes of completion, renewal and reciprocity, we consider the agreements that shape our lives, what we value now, and the choices that honour our changing understanding of ourselves.
The transmission is followed by a guided ritual to acknowledge what you are ready to release or reconsider, listen for what needs space, and set an intention with one practical step.
For the ritual, gather:
A candle and a safe holder

A bowl of water

Two pieces of paper

A pen

Choose a comfortable place where you can give the practice your attention. Pause the recording whenever you need more time to reflect or write. If you are driving, return to the ritual when safely settled.

At the autumn equinox, day and night meet in near-perfect balance.
This sacred threshold invites us to explore the relationship between light and darkness, action and rest, giving and receiving.
In this episode of Awakening the Mystic Within, Julia reflects upon balance as a living rhythm before guiding you through an embodied equinox transmission. You will be invited to listen to your inner scales, restore sacred reciprocity and receive the quality that will guide you through the darker half of the year.
What is asking to come into greater balance within my life?
Where am I being called to receive as fully as I give?
What quality will guide me through the darker half of the year?
Our October Spiral begins online on Monday 28 September, with live classes from Monday to Friday, 7.30–8.30 am UK time. Recordings are included.
