- "You don't have to chase the life you want. You just have to fall asleep with it in your hands."
There's a window every night, right as you're falling asleep, where your mind is more suggestible than at any other point in your day. Scientists call it hypnagogia. I call it the twilight state, and once you know how to work with it on purpose, it stops happening to you and becomes something you use.
In this episode, I break down what's actually happening in your brain during those few minutes, the real research behind it, and exactly how I use this state to seed a specific outcome into my subconscious before sleep. This isn't a metaphor. It's a documented neurological window, and I'll show you the five steps I use to work with it, whether what you're calling in is a relationship, a business, a home, or something you haven't said out loud yet.
No device required. No special training. Just a body that already knows how to sleep, doing something it was always capable of.

Every single one of us has had at least one "bad dream". Most of us have been taught to dismiss them, filing them under stress or too much cheese before bed, and moving on before they can ask anything of us. In this episode, Stella makes the case for why that instinct gets it backwards.
She also shares a dream she's never told publicly before, one that involved a checkpoint, a stranger's demand, and an image so vivid she still remembers it clearly today. It turned out to be pointing toward something very real, and very physical, that she wouldn't understand for another month.
Along the way, you'll get two things you can actually use the next time a difficult dream wakes you up: a breathing technique used by first responders to calm the body fast, and one simple habit that keeps a dream's message from slipping away by morning.
It took Stella a month to understand what her own nightmare was trying to say. Yours doesn't have to. The night belongs to you again.

Not a meditation or a lecture. A practice you can return to over the six to twelve nights surrounding the solstice, wherever you are in the world.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the Summer Solstice. In the Southern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice.
Two different seasons, one collective field.
Stella opens with why women have always dreamed with the turning of the year, then traces the herstory of the Summer Solstice through the Irish Goddess Áine, midsummer fire, the bees, and the thinning of the veil.
For those in the Southern Hemisphere, she turns toward the longest night, the rising of the Pleiades, the Seven Bees of the ancient world, and the Māori tradition of Matariki.
The episode includes a candle and water ritual, a dream vigil intention for each hemisphere, and guidance for working with what surfaces in sleep without rushing into interpretation.
Come dream with the earth as she turns. 🕯️

For every woman who has ever told herself she just isn't a dreamer.
Stella opens with a reframe: dream recall is not a spiritual problem. It’s a memory access issue governed almost entirely by nervous system state. That changes everything about how you approach it.
She shares four years of her own life when her dreaming went almost completely quiet, what caused it, and what brought it back. Then she walks through the specific patterns she tracked in her own recall, including one that many people would never think to connect to their dreams.
Stella closes with the single most important practice for anyone who wants to remember more: protect the threshold.

Something is happening in the dreamtime right now. Dreams about collapse, machines, endings, skies that don't look like our sky. If you've been waking from dreams that feel too large to carry, this episode is for you.
Stella opens with an ancient idea that sits at the core of everything she teaches. It explains why so many of us are having the same types of dreams right now.
From there, she draws a distinction that almost no one in the dreaming space is willing to make. Some dreams are genuinely precognitive. Some are fear amplified through the collective field.
Knowing the difference is not just useful. It is a responsibility.
She shares a dream of her own that led to a real institution she had never heard of, and a student's dream that shows what it looks like to hold grief and hope in the same image without collapsing into either.
And she closes with three things to do the next time a dream like this wakes you at 3am.

Acerca de Dream Weaver
Stella Porta (latin for "Star Gate") is a dream educator, visual alchemist, and the creator of "Honeywomb". Her work serves as a living archive of feminine gnosis. Through dreamwork, myth, and storytelling, she helps women reclaim the symbols that once shaped culture —from the bee to the serpent to the wolf. At the core of her work is this truth: our nighttime dreams are oracles. They are living maps that can guide us toward the life our soul longs to create.
