The Orlando Magic's latest playoff exit sparks big questions for the team this offseason.

The Magic were clearly a much better team when they were healthy. Their playoffs proved that and their basic numbers showed a team that was capable of hanging with the elites. But injuries have been a problem for the last two years. The question remains whether Orlando is as good as the team thinks it can be. They do not know after this injury-filled season.

Orlando is entering an offseason where the team needs to measure itself carefully. And needs to improve itself with aggressive and bold moves.

The Magic cannot be or act like a rebuilding team anymore. They need to be all-in on winning.

As the Magic begin their offseason, the first step is to find a new coach. And even a day into the search, some front-runners have apparently emerged.

The Orlando Magic parted ways with Jamahl Mosley after their disappointing season and playoff collapse. Will the next coach be the one to lift them to a title?

If he does, he will certainly have a lot of thanks for Mosley. The Magic hired Mosley to guide the team out of its rebuild and lay the foundation for their success. He was wildly successful in getting the Magic to the Playoffs and giving them an identity. But he was unable to break through.

Ultimately, Mosley's struggling offense and inability to adjust his scheme in the Playoffs and to his personnel cost him as the team got more serious about winning in the last few years.

As the Magic search for a new head coach, they must find someone who can balance offense and defense to build on this foundation and be able to guide the team deeper into the Playoffs.

The Orlando Magic's season ended after another agonizing first-round exit. Paolo Banchero's 38 points were the only offense the Magic could really speak about in this game. The problems remain the same as the magic lost because of an offense that could not find its footing and broke down under pressure.

Frustration was evident as the Magic dropped a 3-1 series lead and lost for the third straight year in the first round. The team is eager to take the next steps and advance further in the Playoffs.

The Magic now head into an offseason of uncertainty. They are likely changing their coach and shaking up some of their key personnel to try to take that next step. A season that started with so much promise instead ended in a bitter disappointment.

The Orlando Magic suffered a historic collapse scoring only 19 points and making just four field goals in the second half, losing a 20-point halftime lead and their chance to get to the second round.

Every flaw that this team has had all season that kept them from reaching their potential were abundantly clear. The team failed to find easy shots as the misses piled up and the Pistons inched closer and eventually took the lead.

Can the Magic regroup in time to steal Game 7 on the road and avoid losing a 3-1 series lead? Once again, Orlando squandered its opportunity and has made things unnecessarily harder on themselves as an offseason of change comes much closer.
