See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information. - On June 19, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA, a park ranger notices a black BMW parked in a restricted area near Independence Mall. Hearing a woman inside the car say, "you're going to hurt me", the Park Ranger decides to check things out. The driver is identified as Eugene Horsch. The female passenger produced identification bearing the name of Blair Tonzelli. Tonzelli had been reported missing in February 2023 BUT she had not been heard or seen since August 2022. The photo on the ID was the passenger's photo, NOT Tonzelli. Investigators determine the ID is fake. The woman tells investigators that Eugene Horsch gave her the ID. The woman tells investigators she needed the ID because she had outstanding warrants. This is how the "Philly House of Horrors" case began. Joseph Scott Morgan and Dave Mack discuss what has been discovered thus far and explain the 55-gallon drums, dissolving chemicals, and pipes tied into the local underground sewer system. They will also investigate what has been found in the form of forensic evidence that might help explain a number of "missing person" cases over the last 20 years.
