Kim Howerton
Kim Howerton is a certified Metabolic Health Coach, keto expert, and co-author of Common Sense Labs: A Practical Guide to Decoding Your Blood Work and Taking Control of Your Health (Updated and Expanded Edition).
Her motivation to become a health coach was fueled by her own experience of ill health, which included polycystic ovarian condition, binge eating disorder, major depressive disorder, hypothyroidism, obesity, metabolic dysfunction, gastritis, IBS, and autoimmune disease.
As age forty loomed, she knew she needed to get serious about her health and over the next several years she devoted herself to getting educated about what it means to become and remain a healthy human.
After transforming herself into a person in good health, she knew that nothing mattered more than sharing what she’d learned with others who felt similarly hopeless. She teaches her clients that relentless self-advocacy & self-improvement can turn the tide on the myriad health conditions plaguing society.

Grant Schofield has been the Professor of Public Health at Auckland University of Technology, Director of the University’s Human Potential Centre, for 25 years. former Chief Scientific Adviser to the Ministry of Education in New Zealand, co-author of four best-selling books and Chief Science Officer for PREKURE.
Professor Grant’s career has focused on preventing the diseases of modern times, and seeing what it takes to help people live a long, healthy and happy life.
He lives and breathes the motto “be the best you can be”, and sees this as a game-changer for the health system – capable of transforming the current health (sickness) model, to one in which we aspire to be well. He is redefining public health as the science of human potential; the study of what it takes to have a great life.

Jenn Trepeck
Jenn Trepeck has been described as a “force of nature” in the wellness space. She’s been recognized as one of Podcast Magazine’s 40 under 40, nominated for the 2022 International Women’s Podcast Award for Visionary Leadership, and won Ear Worthy’s first Independent Podcast Award for Best Health Podcast and Best Independent Podcast in 2024.
She is an Optimal Health Coach, Podcaster, and Business Consultant.
Jenn grew up the skinny one in a family of dieters which was awesome(!) until it went away. And so began her weight management saga. Ultimately though, Jenn learned the nutrition education we’re all supposed to know but no one ever taught us.
This completely changed her life and allowed her to say she “kicked her food issues.” From then, Jenn set-out on a mission to pay it forward and help people help themselves.
